From a very early age, I have been involved in farming and I love it. I love to spend a lot of time in nature. In bon one of my primary roles is to create good quality soil through different composting techniques that our gardeners can use.

In my life span of 70 years I have seen how our landscape has degraded very fast. Working with bon gives me hope that our young generation is going to restore the landscape. I work with bon to revive the old culture so that we can bring back healthy food habits.

I am drawn to the world of art and music. Evidently, I have an affinity for the natural world. Protecting nature is at bon's core. For me being part of bon brings great joy!

As a young boy, I had the privilege to spend time in the northern part of Rural India. I have grown up seeing a lot of farming. As a grown-up, I very much understand how changing farming practices can help us to restore our environment. I very much appreciate what bon is doing and feel honored to be a mentor!

Besides our main crop rice, I have been growing vegetables for over 30 years. In the past, I tried to convince my friends to grow their own food. I did not succeed. When I was offered to be a mentor of bon in growing vegetables I was more than happy to join.
